DEFINITIONS: WHAT IS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?
‘Identifying Information’ is information that can be used to identify you. Identifying information may include your name; address; elements of dates (except year) for dates directly related to you, including birth date, date of death; and ages over 89; telephone numbers; fax numbers; electronic mail addresses; social security numbers; certificate/license numbers; vehicle identifiers and serial numbers, including license plate numbers; Web Universal Resource Locators (URLs); biometric identifiers, including finger and voice prints; full face photographic images and any comparable images; and any other unique identifying number, characteristic, or code that identifies you.
WHEN DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?
We collect information from you and the environment of your device when you view or respond to a survey question. We may receive information when you fill out a form or enter information on our site for support or sales purposes. our system may indirectly be aware of other identifying information as described above.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:
- To administer surveys, promotions, or other site features
- To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products

We only provide software and infrastructure consulting services. We do not process consumer-facing payments and will never ask for credit card numbers or other personal financial data. We do partner with payment services for the purposes of issuing and receiving business-to-business statements and payments for work as described in a consulting or master services agreement.
Any personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of enterprise-level security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, and we are not responsible for
the illegal acts of third parties outside of our direct control, we have employed security measures that are generally recognized within our industry as reasonable practices for this information classification.
DO WE USE ‘COOKIES’?
- Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.

USE OF DE-IDENTIFIED DATA
We may also de-identify your Identifying Information and aggregate it with de-identified data from other users of the services in accordance with federal and state law. This de-identified data may be used to provide general demographic and opinion data within our own service and to third parties.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website, and/or promotions involving third parties. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We along with third-party vendors (such as Google) use first-party cookies and other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions as they relate to our website.
Opting out: Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

HOW DOES OUR SITE HANDLE DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS?
As an edge provider, we do not currently enforce, and are not required to enforce, DNT requests. We hope to support this is the future.
DOES OUR SITE ALLOW THIRD-PARTY BEHAVIORAL TRACKING?
We allow first and third-party behavioral tracking.
COPPA (CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT)
Our web-based services are intended for a general audience, but are not designed to attract children under the age of 13 without full parental control, in compliance with federal and state law. We do not knowingly collect information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.
FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
Pursuant to the Practices, should a data breach occur, we will notify users with a notice in the News section of the site, and notify users via e-mail within 7 days, provided we have collected an e-mail address to notify.
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
CAN SPAM ACT
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
• Send information, respond to inquiries, support, and/or other requests or questions.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM we agree to the following:
• NOT use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
• Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
• Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
• Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
• Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
We do not routinely send e-mail as part of our service; however, if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
